Who is leading Ethos Church?
Well the obvious answer to that question is Jesus. We believe that the apostle Paul was right when he said Jesus is the one in charge of the church (Ephesians 5:23, Colossians 1:18). After all, Jesus died for the church and we are his bride. Jesus is the leader of Ethos Church. 

Under the leadership and authority of Jesus, Ethos Church has structured our leadership in such a way that we can mobilize our church family to follow Jesus wherever it is he might take our church family.

Elders.
Since Ethos Church has only been in existence for a little over two years, we do not currently have our own Biblically qualified Elders. By God’s grace, he has provided us with 14 wonderful Elders from the Harpeth Hills Church of Christ (our partner church) that have agreed to serve as the temporary Eldership of Ethos Church until God raises up Elders from within our church body. These men and their wives are passionate Christ followers that love and support God’s work at Ethos Church wholeheartedly. We are blessed to have them as a spiritual covering for our church family. Dave and Sydney Clayton (the Lead Church Planters at Ethos Church) report directly to the Elders.

Ethos Staff.
Ethos Church has three full time and three part time staff members. The staff is responsible for equipping the family at Ethos Church to carry out the work of God in our church family, in our city, and beyond.

Leadership Team.
While the Elders provide a spiritual covering for Dave and Sydney Clayton and the larger vision of Ethos Church, the Leadership Team is responsible for providing a spiritual covering for the Ethos Church Family. These men and women are dedicated to praying for the needs of our church family, and the mission God has given Ethos Church.

Volunteer Ministry Coordinators.
The ministry coordinators at Ethos Church are responsible for leading the day to day ministries of our church family. These volunteer leaders make it possible for our church family to be a blessing in the city.
